Return Policy

Return eligibility depends on the item, law, condition, and whether the transfer or service has been completed.

Firearms and NFA Items

Once a firearm or NFA item has been legally transferred to the buyer, returns may be restricted or unavailable. Any issue should be raised before transfer completion whenever possible.

Ammunition

Ammunition sales are generally final once accepted by the customer, subject to applicable law and shop discretion.

Transfers

Transfer fees cover receiving, logging, paperwork, and transfer handling. Fees may still apply when a transfer cannot be completed because the buyer is ineligible or required information is missing.

Service Work

Service concerns should be raised promptly. The shop will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
